Use of Performance Information in State & Local Government
I have received the email below. Perhaps members can help.
"We are asking for your responses to four important questions on performance information. If you are a member of several online networks with a focus on performance information for governments you may also see these questions on several of the forums in which you participate.
After we have received a critical mass of answers to all of the questions, several preliminary research papers on the results of the surveys and other research into the subjects will be prepared and published for you to read and respond to. You can expect to receive those research papers electronically on a priority basis this summer.
