Stephen Few's Blog at Perceptual Edge for Visual Analysis
This is one of my favourite resources for visual analysis, which is so critical in the presenting or reporting phase of performance measurement. Too often we see people displaying performance measures using very ineffective (and ugly) graphs, like pie charts or stacked bar charts. Stephen Few's advice is practical and really does transform the design of dashboards and graphics so our performance measures can tell their true story.
